NMA has worked with numerous public and private entities in various industries to conduct sound and legally defensible investigations.  In some instances, an employee may have lodged a formal complaint or the organization may be facing a lawsuit from a government agency or individual.  In other instances, the organization may require assistance in conducting a pre-employment investigation to ensure sound hiring decisions and well-vetted candidates; suspect wrongdoing by an employee and seek to confirm these suspicions to determine the appropriate course of action; or wish to conduct a climate review of a particular department to address an area of concern that has been brought to light.  Regardless of the matter at hand, we are skilled at conducting sensitive investigations aimed at understanding the interest of the organization.   We have worked closely with administrators, managers, human resource professionals, other decision makers, and legal counsel to conduct careful and thorough investigations that have helped those organizations ensure a safe and equitable work environment.
