Our investigators’ former careers in law enforcement make NMA well suited to investigate allegations of excessive use of force and all other matters pertaining to law enforcement and security agencies. We competently understand due process rights for sworn peace officers under California’s Public Safety Officers Procedural Bill of Rights Act.  As third-party investigators we are often counted on to help law enforcement agencies determine if a policy violation has occurred. Law enforcement agencies most often have their own internal affairs department to conduct investigations; however, there are conditions when an impartial and professional external investigator can be an asset to your agency.
